The Witcher will have a Series for Children and Family on Netflix

Netflix recently introduced Tudum this weekend. What is Tudum? It s not an acronym. This is the first beat you hear when you look at a Netflix original. A bit like the Click of the Nintendo Switch at the beginning of a trailer or when the PLAYSTATION logo calls you a Chump.

During Tudum, we received updates on various Netflix Original Series, such as Extraction, Stranger Things, Bridgeton and Cowboy Bebop movie, as well as The Witcher. You may have heard that season 2 should start in December and have already been renewed for season 3.

Other related projects have also been announced. In addition to the premium series Blood Origin and the Nightmare of the Werewolf animation film, a second animated film is in preparation, as well as a fun series for children and the family . Did anyone play with the teleprompist? Do they know which IP they talk about?

It s hard to imagine, but apparently there will be emissions or family movies in the world of The Witcher. If you have seen one of the episodes, playing one of the games or read one of the books, you know that this series looks at a more mature topic.

How exactly will showrunners start a Children and Family Series for The Witcher? Are we going to hear Jaskier singing abbreviated versions of Geralt s adventures? Are we going to see a Chibi version of The Witcher? We may also interpret children and family a little too literally. Maybe it will be a PG13 show with blood and violence. Who knows?
