Quinn Duffy, Director of Design on Age of Empires IV, left Relic Entertainment

Critically welcomed, particularly in our columns by Aonoshiro, Age of Empires IV has just lost its design manager, party to vogue to new horizons. Quinn Duffy has just left his position at Relic Entertainment, which he joined in 1998.

After 23 years of good and loyal services, Quinn Duffy, in charge of design on Age of Empires IV has just put the sails. Duffy had joined Relic Entertainment in 1998 and started by dealing with the design of progression and economy in Home world. He then held the position of chief designer and responsible for the impossible Creatures, before assuming the responsibility of lead designer on Warhammer 40,000: Space Marines and then take the direction of the all RTS projects within society.

I am very proud of the team's work on Age of Empires IV, he commented on his LinkedIn account. Chen Relic, I had a passion for both history and the kind RTS. That's why I could not have been more enthusiastic about having helped build a new part of this beloved and emblematic franchise. For the time being, Duffy has not yet communicated that he intends to give his career.
